The three winners were presented with their awards at a ceremony at the Small Wonder short story festival at Charleston Farmhouse in Sussex

The next Asham Award, which will again be in partnership with Virago, will launch in June 2012.

Closing date for entries will be September 30, 2012

 Full details will be available on the website from April 2012. 

The winning stories will be published the following year.

The Asham Award is supported by Much Ado Books, the Booker Prize Foundation, the Garrick Trust and Lewes Town Council.
